How to find us
Travelling south on the A12 take the B1122
at Yoxford to Leiston.
Going north on the A12 take the A1094 towards Aldeburgh. After 3 miles turn left
on to the
B1099 to Leiston.
Once in Leiston you will come to a set of traffic lights at a crossroads by the White Horse Hotel.
Take the turning for Saxmundham. We are the second house on the right, 200m along
Waterloo Avenue.
The house has an open white porch.

The picturesque seaside
towns of Southwold and Aldeburgh are close by and offer a
variety of shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants, as well as
lovely walks by the sea. Snape Maltings is close by too.
Minsmere, the RSPBs flagship nature reserve is only 2 miles away
and the National Trusts’ Coastguard Cottages and cafe can be
reached via road or gentle walking through Dunwich forest and
heath.
